We had the best experience here! We change cars quit a bit and have been through a lot of experiences but this was the best so far! Our sales guy BOB was AMAZING. He made our process so easy and light, which says another because we had two kids with us 'you know how stressful that can get '. He was calm and my oldest daughter still speak about BOB until today. That for me is very rare because sale people tend to get irritated by children, especially if it disrupts a sale. So yeah, BOB for the win! The dealership was fantastic, they mad us comfortable with a variety of snacks and drinks. This was impressive cause we know of dealership that offer you water only when they know your about to give them a sale. Really we love the dealership and we love BOB! Ryan went above and beyond to show me a used Ford vehicle that was "temporarily unavailable" due to maintenance.
