I stopped in just to take advantage of the complimentary car wash for the first time. I was greeted by a nice young man and he escorted me to where the waiting area was located and explained there were bage car wash for the first time. He asked if I was enjoying my new car. (I love it!) He told me if I ever have any questions about things in my car to see a “Genius” and walked me to where they are located. It happened to be Kenny Russell. Kenny had spent a good amount of time with me right after I got the car, going over bells and whistles. He was so informative and professional!! The next thing I know, the young man (I wish I remembered his name) came to let me know my car was ready. I don’t think it was 30 minutes. I was so pleased. So far our experience with Ferman BMW after being loyal Lexus customers for over 20 years has been amazing. More
