As my first solo car buying experience was off to a disappointing start from other dealers, I was hesitant to even proceed with the process alone. I was careful to park in a spot where I could quickly make my escape if my car shopping woes continued. But to my surprise, it was anything but disappointing. I called service for an immediate issue, my car was stalling out. I spoke with Matthew who got me in the same day. I waited while it was fixed which was only about an hour.
