I had the best experience at Ferman MINI of Tampa Bay. Courtney Devine was the best part of my experience. I am from out of town and wanted to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive up north. T Courtney Devine was the best part of my experience. I am from out of town and wanted to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive up north. The video from the serviceman explaining all the issues that needed to get fixed and then Courtney walking me through each fix was above and beyond customer service. I also enjoyed the free wifi so I could still work. When I drove my car off the lot OMG I couldn't believe how much safer and smooth the ride was home. I will continue to go back to this dealership in the future. Also want to give a shout out to Tony. He was explaining all the new cars to me and the difference. Tony was very knowledgeable. More
