Courtney was my Svc agent-she was great-listened to my comments & helped me make repair decisions. Car was worked over WELL. Only concern I have is cost of 4 tires, but this has to do w/personal finances comments & helped me make repair decisions. Car was worked over WELL. Thx again! & if the pick up/drop off/loaner car is available in my maintenance plan, that will be a treat for next time, cuz I have a 1.25 hr. drive in normal traffic.
