Sylvio provided me with an extraordinary sales experience!! I recently purchased a dealer SUV and after driving it off the lot, I realized how much I didn't like it. I immediately drove back to experience!! I recently purchased a dealer SUV and after driving it off the lot, I realized how much I didn't like it. I immediately drove back to the dealership to request a return and to find another vehicle. I expected to hear "Sorry, you bought it and now you are stuck with it" But rather, Sylvio & Fabrizio came up with an exemplary solution and found me another car ( Maserati Ghibli) that I am thrilled with as it is a better fit for me. I was expecting it to end in a nightmare and it ended up a as a dream come true! If anyone is in the market for a luxury car and they want to be treated as a valuable customer and not as a number to meet their quotas, this is the place to go!! From the moment I entered the showroom, I was greeted by several smiling salesmen. What a great feeling with no pressure, I walked around a bit and then I was approached by Silvio da Luz, a friendly knowled several smiling salesmen. What a great feeling with no pressure, I walked around a bit and then I was approached by Silvio da Luz, a friendly knowledgeable guy who asked me a few questions , invited me to his cubicle sat down offered me a bottle of water. After discussing my interest in a lease, he began showing me the available vehicles on the large table top screen on his desk. I picked out a few, he then asked if I would like to view these vehicles stored on the roof . I said, sure I don't want to take up too much of your time as I am not sure if I'm ready today. We walked toward the elevator, I said "oh no, Sorry but I only use steps when I can. I am claustrophobic. He said no problem and immediately escorted me through the stairwell walking with me up 2 higher levels. WOW, that's true customer service. We returned to main level as he then introduced me to the service department. He spent as much time as I needed and I eventually selected the vehicle that I drove home with a few painless hours later. This man should be commended with high regard! I have already referred 2 prospective buyers to him. I own the vehicle less than a week and I will continue to recommend Silvio. A 5 star salesman indeed! He offered his texting number and repeatedly told me 'contact me with any car questions you may have, I most likely can walk you through by phone'. And he did!
