I collected my F8 Spider on Friday, January 29. What can I say - it’s a beauty the sight of which sends a shiver down your spine while warming your heart! Demetrio had her parked out front and it was perfec I say - it’s a beauty the sight of which sends a shiver down your spine while warming your heart! Demetrio had her parked out front and it was perfect and he had the car PDI’d, detailed, insured, registered and setup in two days after it arrived at the dealership. Everything was seamless. Shout out to a Cody for everything he did to make the happen. Demetrio knows how to deliver on client expectations of the Ferrari experience and is a great brand ambassador. From day 1 on the configurator right through to delivery he is there to listen, advise and guide you through the ownership process, responsive in and out of business hours and in your corner when engaging the Factory and the dealership. This is my second car with Demetrio and with more to come - and repeat business is the best review. More

Ferrari / Maserati / Alfa Romeo of Fort Lauderdale was without a doubt the most unprofessional and unknowledgeable Alfa dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I was one of the first people in the nation to without a doubt the most unprofessional and unknowledgeable Alfa dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I was one of the first people in the nation to put a deposit on the 33 Stradale Tributo. I constantly had to send over documents directly from Fiat - Chrysler (FCA) regarding the car, because the GM, Rick Feldman, and my salesman, Hank Carpenter, had minimal knowledge about the car and its release. My salesman was actively dodging my phone calls for days at a time, while my deposit was still with his dealership. A month later, I was told that they wanted to charge me $20,000 over MSRP for the car. I pulled my deposit out immediately, and purchased the Tributo from Palmetto Alfa Romeo, which was an exponentially better experience. I also see an abundance of fake Google reviews for Randy Carpen. I called the dealership last week to inquire about a 4C Spider; Randy Carpen ignorantly told me that all Tributo’s in the nation were sold (lie), told me that no new Spiders were being delivered after the Tributo (lie), and told me that 4C’s were killed off to make Maserati’s (partial lie: due to poor sales, the 4C factory in Modena is now being used to make Maserati’s new supercar, the MC20). Then he tried to sell me a Maserati. It’s easy to sell cars that sell themselves. If you guys are going to sell Alfa, learn about Alfa. More

Long story short, no attention to detail, Car not ready when they said it was ready (happened 3 times). Would not recommend at all for service. Took my car to the dealership for regular maintenance (chec when they said it was ready (happened 3 times). Would not recommend at all for service. Took my car to the dealership for regular maintenance (check engine light) and a couple of items I wanted to get fixed. Had the dealership do their inspection for which they charge a bunch. One of the items that came back they can't know what it is unless they do an additional inspection for which they will charge again. Ended up getting a few things done I was not expecting, but ok. About 3 WEEKS later, got a message/call that my car was ready. Went to pick up the car, the person who I left the car was not there this day, someone from service gave me the key, only after I paid the invoice. Went to the car and the car was not only still missing parts that I had asked to get replaced, but the check engine light was still on. Had to leave the car at the dealership again. Another 2 WEEKS go by until the car is supposed to be ready and I go into the dealership again. I get the key, start the car and AGAIN the check engine light is still on after I had made sure to ask over the phone to please confirm EVERYTHING is ready with the car. Leave the car again, and the third time I go to the dealership to pick up the car all of a sudden the car key remote no longer open and closes the doors. I decide to take the car with me anyways after about almost two months of them having the car and not even offering to give me a loaner. The next day, I turn on the car and there it is again, the check engine light comes on AGAIN. Felt the need to leave this review to inform everyone about this not so great experience. More
