At Ferrari Maserati of Long Island, Vladimir Sidorenko, the Pre-Owned Manager was my initial internet contact and who I dealt with by phone calls, texts and emails, to purchase a 2017 Acura NSX that I sa the Pre-Owned Manager was my initial internet contact and who I dealt with by phone calls, texts and emails, to purchase a 2017 Acura NSX that I saw listed online. We never met in person as I live in Loveland, Colorado, but he took excellent care of me and my new-to-me 2017 Acura NSX through-out the entire process. I also talked to Alex Gilkis, Sales Specialist during the paper work part of the transaction and he treated me well. I was very happy with both of them and give them both 5 Stars. I dropped the total rating to four stars due to the delay in paper work I received after my money was accepted via wire. I actually took delivery of the car which was shipped, in perfect condition, before I had any proof that it was mine. I thought the paper work, meaning the title would arrive before the car, not after I called to ask where it was. Overall it was a good experience and I would not hesitate to deal with Ferrari Maserati of Long Island again. As a matter of fact, I've already told a friend that Vladimir might be interested in his car. More
