Lauderdale to see the car in person and it was exactly as described--perfect. As a first time buyer (and out of state) I was on one hand excited but also had my guard up to not make any mistakes. When I arrived I felt completely reassured because the atmosphere in person was the same as conveyed over the phone. Everyone I met and interacted with was cool, down to earth, and you could tell they enjoyed working there. I had a great time when I came to visit and do paperwork--their showroom is beautiful. Everything has gone smoothly and the way they said it would. Rene even threw in some cool Ferrari gear into the duffel bag for me when the car arrived. Nice touch of him. After being misled by other dealerships, Hank was straight to the point, honest and a pleasure to work with. He had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. There was a recall on something on the car and he made sure it was taken of before we drove off with the car. In fact, we were not able to wait for the issue to be taken care of, so Hank actually drove the car to my house 30 miles away to personally deliver the car to my front door!! Talk about customer service!!! Our whole experience at this dealership was pleasurable. I love my new car and will for sure recommend this dealership to friends looking for a new car.
