Very Happy New Client This is my second Ferrari purchase and the first with this dealership, we did most of the reviewing and discussions through telephone conversation and This is my second Ferrari purchase and the first with this dealership, we did most of the reviewing and discussions through telephone conversation and email. When I fly to Florida to see the 488 Spider, it was exactly what Rene told me. Rene helped with my trade-in along with the transportation of my trade-in to Florida from Texas and getting my new car to Texas. Rene made the entire process very easy and stress free. Rene also sent me pictures of my car being loaded on the transporter and made sure that the care made it to my house on the day promised. I strongly recommend Rene and the Ft. Lauderdale dealership, excellent customer service! More

Hank Carpenter is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure you will be completely happy and satisfied with your new car. We were having bad experiences with other Maserati dealerships and luckily discovered the Maserati dealership in Ft. Lauderdale. When visiting the other dealerships, we were amazed at how the car salespeople at these locations aggressively pushed only the cars on their lots.....it is understandable....however, when a customer knows exactly what they want, you would think that would be the salesperson's goal. Clearly, we were there to buy a car and the moment we met Hank, we knew he would find our car. Our car buying experience was perfect, as it should be. We love our new Maserati...we are still a little intimidated by this car as it has such a strong personality but we are growing into it. More
