Best Car Buying Experience ever In the last 6 months I have visited many dealerships from Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Lamborghini, Ferrari etc. The experience from every dealership is ver In the last 6 months I have visited many dealerships from Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Lamborghini, Ferrari etc. The experience from every dealership is very different. If I was to rate each dealership from 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest score it would be the following. Lexus of Stevens Creek = 2 Mercedes Benz = 10 Lamborghini =9 Ferrari of SF = 10 I have bought many cars from various dealerships in the past and I can say that the experience I had with Steve at Ferrari of SF is like no other. Steve took the time out to explain to me about how buying a Ferrari is so much more different than buying an AMG Mercedes or a Lamborghini. He was right; the experience was totally different in an extremely good way. He also listens to what I had to say and took my opinions into consideration. While Most Dealerships just try to sell you their cars, Steve was actually trying to get to know me better, So that he can put me into a car that is right for me and right for my budget. I was refuse by a sales rep at Lexus of Stevens Creek when I wanted to test drive their RC-F, they made up some excuse and didn’t let me test drive it. At Ferrari of SF Steve took me on multiple test drives with different cars and these cars are 5 to 7 times what the RC-F is worth. I told Steve I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and he worked with me for hours until we test drove the 458 Italia. On the test drive he saw me smile continuously that was when we both knew that this 458 Italia was the car. Steve made me feel connected and comfortable as if he was a friend and not a Ferrari Sales Rep. Steve took his time showing me how everything works in the car on the day the Ferrari was delivered. A few days after I texted Steve with a question about the car because I didn’t know how to work it, YES I forgot lol. In less than 1 minute Steve called me on my cell phone and explained to me how it works. I have called, Texted and emailed Steve a few times now since the car was delivered. Every time he replayed promptly. To me Steve is a very good friend and if I know of anyone that is looking for a Ferrari I would totally recommend my friend Steve. Also James, he took the time out to sit down and talk to me so that he can see what’s best between a lease or a purchase. He explained what’s best for me and why. I mean these are little things that we as buyers should know already. But for James to take time out and go over all the payment options and to see what’s best is a BIG PLUS. I would have to conclude that besides getting a new Ferrari, I made two good friends at Ferrari of SF. I know these two good friends will guide me on having the best Ferrari ownership experience. More

Explaining everything in detail, and being very accommodating and flexible in putting a deal together which I felt good about. Steve Caria kindly greeted us as we walked into the showroom there was no sale pitch of any k My experience acquiring my first Ferrari was excellent. Steve Caria kindly greeted us as we walked into the showroom there was no sale pitch of any kind. He had superb knowledge of the vehicles as I asked questions and walked around the different cars. I really didn't even consider getting one that day I was in the market for another Porsche until he gave me the overview of the California T and the pricing was not to far out of reach from the 911 turbo cabriolet. Ferrari's financial plan was simple and to the point I was done with the deal and had the keys within hours. Steve went over the cars features with me and took me for a drive to go over the shifting and it was a don deal! Steve made sure the whole time that we were comfortable offering drinks and even pizza for my young one waiting to get home. I have always loved Ferrari's and have always been hesitant about getting one. Steve is an excellent representative to the brand I know I will mostly likely get another one. More

The importance of relationship I've always harbored a sense of apprehension when visiting car dealerships. I guess being reduced to an "up" is sort of dehumanizing, particularly whe I've always harbored a sense of apprehension when visiting car dealerships. I guess being reduced to an "up" is sort of dehumanizing, particularly when one is viewed soley as a commission source. This is certainly not the case with Jeff Harley & John Chou of Ferrari of San Francisco. The five or so hours My fiancée and I spent with these gentlemen were the most relaxed, informative and genuine I've ever spent with car dealership personnel. In fact, I spent the flight back to Los Angeles & the next 48 hours basking in both the excitement of my purchase and the excellent service provided by Jeff & John; in fact, Jeff seems more a friend than a sales consultant.
