Recently had to visit Findlay Chevrolet to service my EV Blazer. Our service writer name “G,” was absolutely amazing. He was super knowledgeable, courteous, professional and most importantly, attentive. Blazer. Our service writer name “G,” was absolutely amazing. He was super knowledgeable, courteous, professional and most importantly, attentive. Even though we had to return a couple to three later, he made sure the rental arrangements in both visits were seamless, timely and easy. Personally, he’s the best service writer we have ever encountered. Subsequently, I recommended to my wife and daughters to only deal with him when servicing their vehicles. Unlike the majority of male service writers he proven to not to be a condescending male *sshole when dealing with women via my wife and daughters. G, you’re the best!!! More

I dropped my car off at the night drop and received a call by 7 AM that they detected what was wrong and if they had the part, they would fix it the same day. By 3 PM, I got a message that the car was do call by 7 AM that they detected what was wrong and if they had the part, they would fix it the same day. By 3 PM, I got a message that the car was done. Charlotte, who called me in the morning, was very cheerful and said I can call her on her cell phone anytime I needed to for updates. I was very happy with the whole process.. More
