I was greeted on time. Xavier was friendly and professional. I had a question about the ride it seemed I could feel every bump in the road. Shaun. Took the care in June 5 for routine maintenance. Nxt thing I know it's roughly $1800 later and picked up the car on June 6. Hear clunking noise. But didn't drive again til June 26. Not comfortable with the noise I heard so bought the car back to Shaun on June 28 at 2:30 pm. To find that whoever worked on the car on June 5-6 didn't put the sway bar back correctly. OMG. Frustrating. Could have been bad. But it's now fix. But I shouldn't have had to bring my car back in for something that should have been done correctly the first time. More

The only area I felt needed much improvement was the night my car was towed in. Service had closed at 6. I arrived shortly after. I asked the guy If i could ask him à question but his body language and night my car was towed in. Service had closed at 6. I arrived shortly after. I received a text offering to discuss the buy back of my car while it was on the service department, just before receiving an extremely high quote for repairs, much of which I question the legitimacy of. The timing felt like a set up to get me to buy a new car. Additionally, after my oil change which included the tire rotation, I took my car to my tire dealership for the balance as it is free there. I was told that they had been rotated to an unsafe position with the tires with the least traction (but not requiring replacement) located in the front. More
