We were on the road out of town and our navigation system went blank. I called in and they referred me to jamie. He walked us through a hard reset on the car and it worked! I asked the service advisor to detail the diagnostics that were performed for the $175 i paid to make them conclude that fuel pressure & compressure test is needed (with additional cost: $350). All I got was 'vacuum leak were ruled out and test driving felt normal.' What I was expecting was: 1. Tested MAF sensor if it was failing by looking at the freezeframe data. I got this code 8 times in last 400 miles. What were the MAF readings at idle and at 2500 rpm? Was the MAF functioning deemed normal ? 2. Analyzed freezeframe data to see LTFT data at idle & 2500 rpm. Was my LTFT only bad at 2500 rpm but not at idle ? More
