I have been bringing my Toyotas for service for the past 7+ years. Everyone I have ever dealt with has been top notch. This visit I was greeted by Matt Stanley. Findlay Toyota has now sold me 2 cars, both Rav4s, one in 2018, the second in 2022. The dealership is clean, has a massive service department, and runs like a well oiled machine should. I’ve now had the pleasure of working with John Estrella and most recently Tommy Win, both of these gentlemen are stand up guys and I would love to work with them again in the future. I originally came to get my wife into a Toyota, but Tommy went above and beyond, and instead found a car for me! Tommy kept an open line of communication throughout the whole process and knocked it out of the park. I would recommend going to see Tommy at Findlay Toyota, seeing as how I returned here to buy my second Toyota. Thanks Tommy! More

Went to buy the new Toyota Corolla Cross XLE and had to put money down to order one due to the car shortage. The salesman took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I got the trim and features put money down to order one due to the car shortage. The salesman took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I got the trim and features that I wanted and told me they would keep in touch. Every Thursday I was called with an update on my car (delivery took much longer than expected due to trucker shortage, not their fault) and made sure I was never kept in the dark. When my car came in, the salesman, John, answered any questions I had, helped me set up the app, and made the purchase process as quick and painless as possible. The finance manager was also very kind. I drove to this dealership from east Las Vegas (much closer to the Sahara Toyota dealership) because of the good reviews. Didn’t disappoint. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone :) More
