Tommy and Anna went the xtra mile When I bought my 2020 Sienna last week I needed to get AK plates since I have lived there 45 years. Nevada only provided a 15-day driveaway permit. Tommy followed up with a phone call to make sure my dealer paperwork was sent to AK dmv and Anna called AK DMV to make sure she could convey to me the correct info as to how I could get temp plates while awaiting the processing of perm plates to be sent to me at my summer home in CA. I walked in there needing a miracle to get out from under my vehicle loan and he didn't even blink at the challenge. I buy at least four cars a year and nobody can beat Findlay Toyota. I traded in my horrible loan and drove off lot in a brand new Tundra in less than two hours on a Saturday while the dealer was packed. These guys have perfected the car buying experience from sales, to finance all the way to teaching me everything I need to know about my new vehicle. TJ Summers made the paperwork so streamlined and simplified so I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day with a toddler.
