Hello jaxz2000, Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your repair order it was determined that your oil drain plug for your 2010 Camry with over 119,154 miles was stripped which was determined to possibly be caused from the high mileage on your vehicle. As a courtesy for the misinformation that we provided to you that your vehicle was ready for pick up we did not charge you to replace your oil pan and your oil change was also complementary. It was communicated with you that we would have your new oil pan installed the following morning and that we needed to keep your Camry overnight. I recall We asked you if you needed your vehicle overnight and you indicated no. We did provide you with a complementary Uber ride to and from our service department. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that we have caused your and hope to offer you better service/ better experience in the future.
