Findlay Toyota is the only venue I receive oil changes from for our 2004 Toyota Camry LE. My complaint is that I had to pay almost $800 to replace a stripped oil pan screw due to it being stripped. I do appreciate very much that your management provided me a discount for the services rendered. However, it was a Finlay Toyota technician who changed the oil previously and was the last person to handle that stripped screw. I felt that Finley Toyota should have been financially responsible for that damaged oil pan screw. We have two Toyotas that we bring to Findlay for oil changes at least twice a year. We have been loyal customers. And as a loyal customer, I am not happy on how Finley Toyota handle that situation when that stripped oil pan screw was last touched by a Findlay Toyota technician. More
I am very disappointed on this dealership. Jonathan was not an hones and transparent salesperson. It disgusts me that people can be that money hungry to sell a car. I "bought" a car on July 29th, put a down payment and signed the documents of purchase. Aaron Sanchez then contacted me that I needed to fill out another set of paperwork and sign another contract. I refused because I have to sign another offer the second time. Jonathan contacted me on Friday and stated that the car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived he told me the car did not pass inspection and it will be sold at an auction. Why is the car still for sale on the website? A friend texted the dealer and saw it online with the car being available to be sold. Why is the dealer not selling me the vehicle? I had a terrible week going back and forth with the salesperson and financing department. I continue without a car and without my 3, 000 dollars down payment. More
