Five Star Ford

First I traded in my f150 and they gave me 17,000$ for and that was the most they could give. Then put it on their lot for 25,000$ the next day. Traded in for a Ford mustang. Test drove it and told them the suspension seemed bad. Told me oh it’s just the brakes and wheels need balanced. Said they were having it fixed and convinced me into buying it. It ended up having blown suspension. Took it back the next day to have it looked at and fixed. Gave it back the next day with the same problems. After that gave me the run around and would do nothing to help me! Took it to a shop and spent 3,700 on suspension! Then had to have the convertible top replaced from their upholstery shop doing a bad back window repair. The general sale manger was condescending and tried to tell me they lost money on the truck and was told well you bough an as is car. Said they would make it right but did everything they could to brush me and the problem aside. If you want top dollar for your trade and looking for a good used car avoid this place at all cost! Five star Ford nrh is no better than a tote the note dealership! More

I inquired about a truck that was listed as ‘ in transit’, as an was not in a hurry. Ken called and told me it was there already. I went by there to check it out and it was not there anywhere to transit’, as an was not in a hurry. Ken called and told me it was there already. I went by there to check it out and it was not there anywhere to be found. I called Ken and he lied to me and said someone had just showed it to another customer and that it was parked in front. He did not know but I had not left and was parked in front. I voiced my displeasure to a Manager and he Lied to me too. Why some dealers need to play games is beyond me. I was a simple sale, willing to wait and got lied to. Run from this guy and this dealership. There are to many straight forward dealers out there to dealing with games. Tim More
