Standing behind you product Howdy, I had purchased a preowned 2004 Ford F150 in November 2018. Right after leaving the dealership after closing, there was a warning chime and a Howdy, I had purchased a preowned 2004 Ford F150 in November 2018. Right after leaving the dealership after closing, there was a warning chime and a check engine light. I had already left the dealership to drive to Austin. I came back the following Monday and Jerry said he would take care of it. The check engine light was due to a bad O2 sensor and the warning chime was due to a bad connection behind the instrument panel. The dealership not only fixed rhe bad wire connection but even went beyond to replace the instrument panel! Thank you Jerry and 5-Star Ford for standing behind your word!
