2019 Ford Ranger I was working with 6 dealerships to get me a Ranger. Greg Foster came through with flying colors. Everyone at the dealership is always asking if they can get you something or do I need some help. Only negative is the cost of the extended warranties, that can add up to another $5,000 plus. I chose to do a different term with a different rate but I was happy that I could get the online price with the advertised 0% financing for 60 months. This was not the case the previous time I tried to go to a Ford dealership which is why I did not buy a Ford for my previous vehicle. This is the second time I have bought a Ford from Five Star and do not know why I tried a different Ford dealership other than they had the truck I was looking for at the time. More

Very Personable My husband and I have been looking for a new vehicle for the past few month and have dealt with many dealerships, this was by far our best experience. My husband and I have been looking for a new vehicle for the past few month and have dealt with many dealerships, this was by far our best experience. We told Rick what we were looking for and what our budget was. He did not once try to force us into a higher priced vehicle like other dealerships do. The vehicle we were looking for had very specific requirements that are not easy to find. Rick did not try to talk us out of or into a vehicle. We drove from Houston to look at the truck, because our local dealerships wanted to sell the vehicle they wanted, not the one we needed. He had it pulled up front with everything ready to go for us when we got there. There was no pressure from anyone at the dealership to move into something we were not comfortable with. All of the staff we had interactions with were very pleasant. After we finished our paperwork Rick sent Leonard (I believe this is him, but could be wrong) to show me the different aspects of the truck we may have missed before, including voice commands, power points, accessibility, etc. I will be sending anyone looking for a vehicle to this dealership.
