Had a ballpark estimate on my trade before going in and after they inspected the truck offered more than than that amount which I felt was a fair price for my trade. Rick had the truck I was interested in clean and ready to test drive. After that we proceeded to close the deal and did the paper work. Only spent about an hour and a half at the dealership and didn't have to suffer through the prolonged haggling and frustration to get a fair price on the new truck and my trade in.
