Nice Experience! This was my first time to come to a Ford dealership to look at vehicles. We have always purchased Chevrolets, but my daughter and son-in-law suggested This was my first time to come to a Ford dealership to look at vehicles. We have always purchased Chevrolets, but my daughter and son-in-law suggested that I come and see Jeff Smith. He is a great guy to deal with. He was with another customer at the time so he asked if we would let Danny Trauth could help us until he wasthrough with his customer. Danny showed us some vehicles and we test drove a few and then I test drove the 2013 Ford Flex and loved it. So they sat down with us and negotiated the price and I had to wait a few days because the lenders I think had already closed, but they called me that following Monday afternoon and I got approved for the vehicle. They asked us if we needed anything to drink while we waited. It was a great experience. Thank you Jeff and Danny for all of your help throughout the whole process. More
