Jo I recently found out the reason for Five Star Ford's name...they deserve 5 stars!! I knew the make, model, and features I wanted in my new vehicle. John Hilsinger contacted me within the next business day to start helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I was able to come in the next day, take a look, and leave with the car all within 24 hours of contacting him! I had visited other dealerships that made me feel pressured to make a quick decision and were making up numbers they couldn't promise while I was searching for my vehicle. John was very honest and helpful through the whole process, and I never felt rushed or like anything was "too good to be true." He fought to get me an excellent deal on my 2018 Ford Explorer with all of the features I was looking for. When I was ready to head to financing, David Welch did an exceptional job explaining additions to my finance options and working with me to get the best deal and still have protection I needed. Car Crash Worry I had my first every car crash while I was driving and totaled our car. I was frustrated to my wits end and she helped me every step of the way. Within a week she had us not only in a new car but a better one. I plan on getting all of our future vehicles from Doreen.
