Pitiful I have a maintenance program with ford and this is the closest dealership to my house. I’ve has issues in the past with them not having the oil filter I have a maintenance program with ford and this is the closest dealership to my house. I’ve has issues in the past with them not having the oil filters in stock and delaying the service needed. Most recently, I called and made an appointment and confirmed the filter was in house. It still took their service department over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Further more, I drove home and had the tire pressure and oil can light on on my dashboard. They were rude when I called and said, ‘you’ll need to bring it in.’ - funny tire pressure and oil light on and probably not smart to drive it. But, I did and it took and additional 1 hour and 45 minutes to find out the filter was leaking. I’m extremely disappointed as this is a reputable dealership and not a 5 minute oil change place. This was not Abby’s fault as she did everything she could, but the tech’s who worked on my vehicle More
