Lee understood that we were educated customers and knew how auto financing worked. Rather then having us wait and go back and forth with the sales manager, we pre negotiated everything through email before my wife and I made the trip to the dealer for the test drive. When we got there, the exact vehicle was ready (not a 'similar' vehicle with added features) for my wife and I to test drive. We went into Lee's office where he turned his screen around to show how the financing would work and adjusted things based on certain variables (accessories etc) to show us what the payment would be. We even ran our credit in his office so we could make sure everything we had talked about was good and that our privacy was considered. Our experience with the accessories manager, the general sales manager and our finance manager was quick and easy. No high-pressure sales, fair prices and great customer service. I highly recommend driving to Five Star Ford from anywhere you live in the metroplex - we drove over an hour from Little Elm and we are extremely happy we did. More

After a phone call and setting up an appointment, my husband and I went to see Marisa with the promise she would not waste our time—right! She is a car salesperson. BUT THEN at that appointment, she kept her word! No, “let me show you this;” “why don’t you just drive this?”; “this will be a great buy.” The question was – “What do YOU want?” Marisa took notes – she looked at her inventory – she said “I don’t have that. Let me look for that. I’ll call you back in when I find that vehicle.” We didn’t have to wait at the dealership while she searched for our desired car. BUT THEN, she found it and called. With the desired color and model car on the lot, we made a return trip, and with financing set up and agreed upon before we arrived, I quickly drove off the lot in my Ruby Red 2018 Explorer. Marisa is the real deal! She cares about making your dream car be in your driveway. She cares about your time not being spent going from desk to desk at a car dealership. His quote was below the Consumer Reports "Great Price", so I was pretty happy with it. Chad responded almost immediately whenever I emailed him with questions, sent me pictures of the Escape, and made the financing options so easy. I was able to do everything through email. Chad even stayed 2 hours later on a Friday night so that I could drive in from out of town to pick up my car; I really appreciated that effort - made it easier for me and stress free.
