They were very uncommunicative and not wi We had been asking another dealership to help us find our Jeep Wrangler for the past week, with no success. They were very uncommunicative and not willing to work with us regarding the price of the vehicle and our trade in; distressing as we had previously purchased a vehicle from them and had sent a friend there in the past. Out of desperation toward the end of the week, we started looking at other dealerships. I spoke to Aaron late Friday afternoon about a 2013 Jeep Wrangler on CarGurus.com. Within a matter of minutes, we schedule a time to come see the vehicle that evening after work and he even had it detailed and ready to go by the time we got there. We arrived at 7pm and were promptly greeted by Aaron who let us test drive the Jeep by ourselves while he appraised our trade in. This made an immediate good impression and showed a level of trust not often found in today's society. When we returned, he immediately sat down with us and in addition to coming in lower than our budget, he offered the chance for better financing than what we currently had. Aaron immediately put us at ease with his relaxed yet confident approach. He went out of his way to ask if we needed anything to drink and even made a fresh pot of fine Columbian coffee just for us. His asked us what music we listened to so he could play some while we started the transaction. While getting all the paperwork together and completing the deal, he was able to carry on with a pleasant conversation. In about half an hour, he made sure that we were in touch with Will Green our finance guy. As with Aaron, our experience with Will was very pleasant, quick, and surprisingly easy. He explained everything very clearly and was ready to answer any questions we had. All in all, we were there for less than 2 hours compared to 7 or more at other dealerships. This was by far the most amazing car buying experience we could have ever imagined. We only wish we had known about the dealership before. From talking to the receptionist Amber on Friday afternoon to dealing with Aaron and Will Friday evening, our experience was pleasantly unexpected. Everyone made the entire experience fun and easy. We are absolutely coming back for our next vehicle and will refer others in the future!!! Thank you for the best car buying experience ever!!!!!!! More
