We were almost to the point of not finding what we really wanted and had told him we were going to head over to our next two choices that morning, which were Honda and Hyundai. Even upon hearing this, he didn't increase the pressure which I really appreciated. I know it's hard to watch a possible sale walk away. He wanted to introduce us to his boss before we left and said it would help him out just to meet him. I was happy to do this because Chris has been so great to work with. While he visited with his manager, they worked out what Chris knew would put us over on the sale. The car we wanted did not have a backup camera and that was a make/break for us. Once they offered to include an after market camera, we were sold. Chris was a great closer, found the one thing that would secure us not leaving, and made it happen. This is our first Ford and I would buy again from Chris in a heart beat! More

Never Knew It Would be this easy!!! As a woman, I really hate to try to buy a car. But I was met near the door by Danny Trauth. The entire experience was WONDERFUL! He listened to what I was needing, and the amount that I could afford to pay. He was able to match my needs to 5 different cars/SUV's so I had a selection before I did a test drive. He is so polite and respectful that really impressed me. I think we all thought great customer service died years ago. Not at 5 Star and definitely not with Danny. He walked me thru the entire process of financing and I was in and out much quicker than I thought driving my NEW CAR!!! At other dealerships no one ever asked me what I needed and what I wanted. But he listened to me, and matched me to the right car- even the color! I will never go any place else after this experience. We will be needing a new truck within a year and I know Danny will be who we will see. More
