New Car Sale I came back for my second purchase with Five Star Ford. Like last time, they did not disappoint. He showed me my first choice and then read the situation to find the same model of car that had features which would better meet my needs. I will keep coming back to him for my future car needs for sure. By the time I had selected the car I wanted in my price point, Tony closed the deal on his end with a smile on his face. It was so refreshing to know that someone put me first and did not complain. He was the last person out that night (next to Alfred), but you wouldn't know it by his attitude. The sales manager even came over to meet us and made sure that we got a good deal in our trade-in. We were very pleased. If there is one thing I could suggest for improvement - that would be just the length of time it took to get all the paperwork completed in the finance dept. We waited a very long time for that and it was really a pretty simple leasing deal. Don't get me wrong, all the people were very nice and professional, it was just painfully long. More

That was a fun experience, but I opted for a car without that ability. Aaron was very thorough and efficient in presenting the deal to his manager.
