When I arrived the next day sale consultant Ollie Jackson had my picks ready and waiting. I took several test drives and asked a thousand questions. She always seemed happy to help me. When it came time to choose I didn't feel any pressure at all from her. In the finance department Tut Edwards made what is usually the boring part of vehicle buying very entertaining. He calls it "the Tutman Expericnce." Having gone through the Car-Pro, Jerry Reynolds before contacting the dealership not only provided extra saving but I was treated like one of the family. I love my new Ford truck and would highly recommend Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford. More

BEST Car Buying Experience EVER!!!! Working with Chad was by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I spent the last several weeks visiting OTHER dealership Working with Chad was by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I spent the last several weeks visiting OTHER dealerships, emailing, texting and on the phone with them. Chad was the only one who "cut to the chase" and listened. He didn't try selling me a car I didn't want/need/couldn't afford. My budget changed quite a bit in the middle of the process due to extenuating circumstances. Chad was the only one to "get it" and didn't seem phased by it, even though I know his commission was probable affected. He didn't change his attitude or his approach. He still found me the best deal and the best car. He was quick to respond to questions and didn't stalk like other dealers do. The receptionists, managers, sales people and the finance people were all a pleasure to work with. They were warm and inviting. No pressure. No haggle. Just a great experience from start to finish. I will be returning to Five Star Ford in the future. More

Good cars, better people. I set out that day to get a car. First I went to 5 Star Ford. They were straight with me at every turn. They gave me the best deal they could. When they found out I was a police officer they made sure I got a "first responder" discount. They were polite and accommodating at every step. Even after we told them we were going to check a couple other dealerships. After we showed them the car we were looking at at Westway Ford, they simply said "Well if that's a better deal, then go for, if not come on back and we'll get you this car." I went to Westway Ford, and it was awful. They jerked me around at every step. They were full of crap, and did all but straight up lie to me. I hate games, and that's all they wanted to play. So I left. Eventually they called me with a deal that I probably would've taken, if they had been straight with me from the start. I immediately went back to 5 Star and started the paperwork. I do not at all regret my decision. I chose to buy a car from decent people. More
