John was not in however he responded to my email very quickly to offer any help. I never even left my office to handle this and when my daughter got a ride to dealership Crystal already had a car for her to look at based on our needs and my daughter loved the car and was able to leave with the vehicle a short time later with the financing of my employer at Unity One Credit Union where I am the Branch Manager at our Campus location. Best car buying experience ever! I was able to email my I'd and Crystal actually delivered the extra keys and paper work for me to sign at my job!!!! Even though my first intention was to trade in two vehicles and purchase a new truck after having my questions answered I decided to keep my current truck and trade in my other vehicle for a new commuter car that would accommodate me and my three year old. And even though my credit isn't perfect Maria and the finance team got me into the vehicle I wanted and on the terms I was comfortable with. This is my first car and the experience was great! I was a little scared at first because this would be my first car that I pay for on my own but when I talked to Doreen Bainbridge not only did she help me out as far as finding an affordable car but she didn't everything she could to have me leave the same day with a great car. Then I also talked to Jimmy Troung and he was great, he was on the phone till he got me qualified. I am so blessed to have met these two ppl because they are apart of my life now. This is a huge milestone in my life and I have them to thank for. They are not in it just for the job but they actually care about the people and want to help. Thank you Mr Morgan and Sam pack's Five star Ford I cant put into words how overjoyed and emotional I am right now butt I had to let your company know that. Morgan overheard my children and i speaking and offered to purchase the gas container and the gas not only did he do that he also give us a ride back to her vehicle he was a godsend to us today he was an awesome man so kind and sweet and if this is a type of individual that your company employees you have one of the kindest sweetest.
