We purchased the new 2009 Escape from Wayne. Wayne was on both occasions, friendly, helpful and super efficient. He supported us in every aspect of the deal, from showing and demonstrating the car to escorting us to Anthony Snyder in finance department, assisting us in removing our personal effects from our trade-in, introducing us to the 'my Ford" technician, Jimmie Mathews, and placing our personal tags on the car when they arrived.
