All our expectations were met by dealership. We went in to the dealership in response to an invitation by a personal phone call. Our Ford F-150 4-door pickup was performing OK, but was a larger v We went in to the dealership in response to an invitation by a personal phone call. Our Ford F-150 4-door pickup was performing OK, but was a larger vehicle than we needed, and was difficult to park in crowded parking lots. We went in, not seriously looking for another vehicle, but wanted to see just what kind of deal we could make. Spencer listened to us describe the type of vehicle we would like to trade for, then suggested the Ford Transit van. The vehicle was not on the lot at that time, but he showed us on your Internet site what it looked like, and called us when the Transit was back on the lot. We went back, examined the vehicle, and worked out a fair deal with Spencer. Paperwork was completed in short order, and we picked up the Transit the next morning. Delivery went quickly, with Spencer showing us some of the finer points of operating the Transit. We drove it home, and have not had any buyer's remorse or second thoughts about the deal. It is much easier to park, and fits our garage very well, with adequate room to move around the vehicle, much more than the F-150 afforded. We will definitely go back to your dealership for our next car in a few years. All details were handled in a professional and satisfactory manner. More

I didn't feel like I had someone pressuring me to buy a car. He was there to help me find what I needed in a laid back environment. He even stayed late for me on a Saturday and I truly appreciate that. Struggling Excursion engine now runs like brand new. We had an amazing experience with Five Star Ford, we had decided to try them out after a bad experience with Westway Ford that had us needing to take We had an amazing experience with Five Star Ford, we had decided to try them out after a bad experience with Westway Ford that had us needing to take our 7.3 L Diesel Excursion back to them after their initial repair and left it out of commission for almost a month. We originally brought it in because of a struggling engine that was giving us a P1316 code which a google search revealed to most likely be a problem with the Under Valve Cover Harness for the fuel injectors. After their multi-point inspection it turns out we had a lot more problems than we thought, ranging from old transmission fluid to a leaking high pressure oil pump and more, to be honest we hadn't had it serviced it quite some time other than the usual oil changes and the trip to Westway mentioned above. They were able to find everything wrong with it very quickly while keeping us regularly informed on the progress of the repairs and cost estimations the whole way. After about 4 days we were informed that the Excursion was ready to be picked up and I was able to use their courtesy shuttle, which runs all day, to pick me up from my home and bring me right up to the door so I wouldn't have to worry about finding a ride or having to leave another vehicle their to pick up later. Once I turned on the engine I could tell an immediate difference from how it was running before and was further impressed as I stepped on the gas to leave. We never realized just how much power we had lost over the years and it ran better than any time I can remember, like I had just bought it off the showroom floor. We really appreciated everything Five Star Ford did for us and we are going to make sure we bring the Excursion in for regular maintenance from now on and we would recommend Five Star to anybody, especially for Diesel vehicles. More
