Great Service, except the AutoButler. The service provided by your service department was great, but the AutoButler was less than desired. The inside of my truck was not completely vacuumed. The back floor of my F-150 still had dog hair and dirt. On the outside they missed part of the bed. There was still dirt. Did that even wash the truck before applying the finish? I am disappointed with their performance. I have always been happy with the AutoButler before, but not this time. More

The finance with Anthony Snyder was the quickest and easiest we have ever been involved in. We let the team know what we wanted, what price we were looking for and the payments and they made it happen. We traveled over an hour just to work with Crystal and John since the first experience with my oldest son was great in June 2015. I wanted my youngest son to work with them since his first truck paying experience was horrific with another Ford Dealer. I wanted him to be treated like he was appreciated, so took him to 5 Star Ford and it was great again. Great way to start of the new year 2016. Would never go anywhere else to purchase a truck. More
