We liked the truck and Rick enough that we bought the truck that day. It was ready to pick up on Saturday. Working with the finance department was super simple. Superb service all the way I called to schedule an appointment to get my car repaired and had the pleasure of talking to Odie. I know service advisors get busy with other customers and I called the next day to check on my car mid-morning, left a message and he returned my call within about ten minutes. He checked the status of my car, called me back with the great news that the technician had already checked it out and that the parts required for the repair had already arrived at the dealership. Wow! That was quick. Odie called me back mid-afternoon with the great news that my car would be ready to go shortly. He also scheduled a courtesy pickup for me and by five o'clock, I was on my way home with my car repaired. I can't thank Odie enough for being so courteous and conscientious about keeping me informed and taking care of me after the problems I had had at another nearby dealership trying to get my car repaired.
