Excellent experience - certified pre-owned I went in to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills while visiting the area in order to test drive a couple vehicles as research for buying a vehicle I went in to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills while visiting the area in order to test drive a couple vehicles as research for buying a vehicle in the next 6 months. Was planning on purchasing a used car 6 months from now after completing a 2 year tour with the Army in South Korea. Spencer Southwell was referred to my father in law through a mutual friend. I laid out that I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day and was looking to research vehicles and create a contact to work with in order to have a vehicle ready when I returned. Spencer was very informative and was never pushy. He immediately had us out test driving a vehicle and was able to lower the sticker price over 2000$ without us asking. We ended up buying because we had found exactly what we were looking for. Overall I would recommend Spencer and 5 Star Ford based on the quality of service and easy atmosphere provided by both. Never did I feel pressured to make a purchase but was given all the options and information that I requested immediately. The vehicle had some very minor upholstery issues and Spencer really went the exta mile to get everything fixed, really a great job of making sure the customer was satisfied with the entire product and experience.
