Upon being contacted by Aaron I was not too thrilled at the thought of the car buying process. I had just gotten in my first wreck which left me with a fractured tailbone and a totaled car. Needless to say, I was in need of a new vehicle minus the run around and the aggressive sales approach. I candidly informed Aaron of what I was NOT looking for in both a vehicle and a representative lol. To my surprise, he confidently assured me that his only intentions were to get me into the vehicle of my hearts choosing all while getting me the best deal possible. He listened to my background and accurately assessed my needs. He was frank, genuine, and timely. He let me know what was available in my price range and was detailed regarding the feedback and/or possible concerns regarding a particular car of my interest. Our first interaction via phone took place on a Wednesday and I drove off the lot in my new Chrysler 200 on Friday! Aaron let me know what all was needed from me and I had everything finalized and completed in one trip. When I arrived at the dealership, Aaron had everything ready for me and I was in and out within two hours! There was no hassle or pressure. Jack in finance was wonderful and very personable. He made paperwork detailed yet educational. After leaving the dealership, I honestly felt that I got an amazing deal and the car that I was looking for!
