"Experience was effortless and never a grind." We were in need of getting out of a lease, due to a change in driving habits (mileage issues) from when we started the lease to current circumstances. So we decided to take a trip down to Five Star since my husband had purchased other vehicles from there before. We had a letter from them about flipping out of our lease as well, so we called and Mark Lancaster was connected with us to help, before we arrived we were able to let Mark know what type vehicle we were looking for so he was prepared when we arrived. I did inform Mark upfront that we once had a very negative experience and walked out of the finance office on a deal. I explained the circumstances so he would know where I was coming from and that I would not tolerate any wild sales tactics. Communication is key and they do it well the honesty and integrity of this organization is top notch. I will refer everyone to Five Star Ford and especially to Mark Lancaster in Sales, Anthony Snyder in Finance, and William Conner in After Market Sales. They have my vote as the best team in car sales!! More
