Had the vehicle detailed and ready to drive off on the scheduled pick up date. I'm a real cheapskate that would have liked to have seen no dealer's inventory tax and waived/reduced documentary fees on the finance paperwork, but it's just part of the business I guess. Going to see that kind of stuff pretty much everywhere if you're buying a new car, despite the disclaimers stating you're not required to pay it. Still, a great price with some free extras thrown in kind of offsets it. All in all, it was a good experience. More

They work great as a team. When we got to 5Star a week ago, they had had a really busy day but they took care of us as if we were the first customers of the day and stayed with us until close to 10pm. Jeff and Heather are our sales agents as long as they are with 5Star. They are not only friendly but very professional and competent. We consider them friends. More

Wonderful Experience I met with Doreen and had a wonderful visit! She took me out to test drive the Ford Escape....great vehicle..and I want one!! She put figures together for me on purchasing and then on leasing. I am upside down on my vehicle and am going back to her in November to see where I am and what kind of payments I would then be looking at. She listened to me ...my wants and desires in a new vehicle. I am looking at trading in as my vehicle is much smaller and I am ready to move on up!
