The name of the dealership says it all I purchased a new 2014 Focus hatchback a few days ago from this dealership. I did a lot of research with trying to bundle everything I wanted togethe I purchased a new 2014 Focus hatchback a few days ago from this dealership. I did a lot of research with trying to bundle everything I wanted together and found the Titanium package is what I liked. . I was really happy with the price they offered me (4k off the MSRP). Originally we did not find any on the lot and by chance there was one left in a hatchback model. A few weeks prior there were about 10 hatchbacks on the lot, however, the price would not budge lower than $24,000 when the MSRP was $25,500. I really wanted the hatchback but the sedan was much cheaper for the same package ($21,500). I decided to lay back and give it some thought and decided to go in and purchase a sedan. By sheer luck we ran into the hatchback, with the color and package I wanted (Titanium). They offered it for the price of the sedan which made me ecstatic. Alfred showed me all the bells and whistles and then he showed it to my girlfriend in which she gave me the clear to buy it. It was a little hard understanding him sometimes with his accent but other than that... nice Salesman. I have a hard time understanding people with accents over the phone so he would text me with the status of the loan and replied back to messages I sent him such as a copy of the tag on the car and VIN in a very quick manner. He was not the typical salesman that lie or say the car has something it does not to push you through to buy it. I asked about navigation and he said it capable through SYNC through turn by turn, however, full navigation with maps is available as an extra purchase of an SD car which really told me he was knowledgeable and did not give me half truths or half BS answers. If he was not sure about something he would research and get back to me on it. I have bought Audi's, Mazdas, and BMW's new from the dealer in the past and when they did not know the answer for something they would feed me TOTAL BS on how the car does have what I asked... So it was very refreshing dealing with Alfred. Thank you Five Star and Thank you Alfred! More

Fun & Great Experience My husband & I have purchased a few cars in our life time, and we both agree this was by far the best experience we have ever had. (trust me we have h My husband & I have purchased a few cars in our life time, and we both agree this was by far the best experience we have ever had. (trust me we have had some, we left with headaches) We got the name of a man thru Jerry Reynolds. We did not call first, because we wanted to look around at a Toyota Rav 4. And was not sure of the time we would get there. We live in Crowley, which is a bit of a drive to N. Richland Hills. The man that Jerry gave to us was not available. We were introduced to Jason Howell ( very nice young man) . My husband is not (let me just say easy to deal with when it comes to his money) We had ask Jerry Reynolds about the X-Plan pricing. He assured us that the group at Five Star Ford would beat X-plan pricing. Anyway we talked to Jason for a short while, we told him what we were looking for. He checked his computer and had a couple to show us. We drove one, came back , and he pulled up the price,. Well being curious my husband ask him to see X-plan pricing. He did explaining his price would be better. Well as luck would have it on this particular car, X-plan showed less. Jason was surprised. Anyway he called in Kelly Blackwell ( another super nice guy) . we got that all explained and Kelly made it right. We really enjoyed all the guys we dealt with. All the people from the front door on were super nice . We think that just shows they like what they do. Very pleasant experience and we will be back even though it is a bit of a drive. I have to mention Anthony Snyder - when he first came in I thought gee this guy is all business-ran those forms through the machine like Bam Bam , well once he was done with that the party started, we had never leased before - he explained all that and he was just funny and so pleasant, we all swapped stories about general life. My husband and I walked out laughing (never has that happened to us after talking Finance) And then there was Jimmy Mathews this man knows his stuff, he loves to talk and he went over all the electronics of the car (which we are still working on learning) he never once acted like he was in a hurry (it was pasted closing time) he made sure we were comfortable with everything, and told us several times, give me a call with any questions. Sent a e-mail the next day with his slide presentation, invited us to any class any time. Just a great funny guy. Just a Great experience that we have never had. One last note about Kelly, when he looked in his computer he found that we owed a Ford F 250 , and explained the rebates for loyal buyers. We had gone to another Ford dealership close to our house the day before just looking around, they gave us a higher price on a Ford Escape that did not have near the stuff on it, nor did they mention the Ford loyalty plan, and the salesman had to keep leaving the room to check with his manager on everything we ask. We will come to Five Star Ford from now on. More
