I saw a 2022 Lexus RX 350 for sale in July 2025 and wanted to trade my car. I looked up the reviews and Lewis Bass was highly recommended on these reviews, so I called him specifically. I began communicating with him Saturday evening around 8 pm on 7/19. We did the paperwork to assess trade-in and sales order. I thought it was a great deal and knew that it might be sold before I was able to get up there to purchase it. Lewis kept in touch with me throughout the communication and let me know that it did sell on Monday, 7/21. He said he would keep looking for me. On Wednesday, 7/30 he reached out to me to let me know he potentially had another car available. Because of unexpected major oil leaks I was having with my Audi, I needed to find another car locally to me in Houston. Lewis Bass was professional, patient, and communicative without pressure. He was supportive of my purchase, although not through him, and I would highly recommend doing business with him if you're in the market for a car in the DFW area or in Texas. More
