Jessy was one of the better service advisors I have had at five star ford NRH. Although all of the advisors have been good, Jessy went the extra mile to answer questions, address concerns I had about my ve at five star ford NRH. Mr. Sam Limo came in on his day off to help me get into the truck of my dreams. He never once pushed the buy, or pressured me in any way. Brought my car in for warranty service and Ron was very helpful, friendly, professional and courteous.
