Recently however, I was so completely impressed and blown away by the kindness and professionalism of a service representative that I simply have to stop and say something about it to others in writing.  Jonathan Pankrez at five Star Ford could quite possibly be the David Copperfield of the auto service industry.  He's warm, relaxed, and entertaining while accomplishing astonishing feats at breakneck speed.  It wasn't as if I were some dignitary he had to impress. I observed him conducting himself with the same kindness and professional demeanor toward everyone he came in contact with.
