The last time I went for service is when I found out Jonathan Pankrez was no longer there. Being Jonathan was no longer there I decided to go elsewhere for service. Then I received a mailer with coupons asking me to bring the vehicle back in for service. So i decided or should I say the 'service engine soon' light made me decide to give Five Star another chance. As I waited to have a service advisor come out to greet me, to my amazement Jonathan walked out to assist me. Thank you for bringing Jonathan back!! I know that he will take very go care of my vehicle and make sure all the issues I reported are fixed to my satisfaction. Welcome back Jonathan!!!!! More
Marisa was great. She was probably the most knowledgeable car sales person I've ever dealt with. I want to acknowledge and thank Service Advisor Jonathan Pankrez for making an extra effort to recovery from an error. A clerical error resulted in a wrong part being ordered (a left side rear view mirror Pankrez for making an extra effort to recovery from an error. Jonathan found the correct part (right side mirror glass) locally, had it at the dealer the next day, and came into work that next day to install it for me even though IT WAS HIS DAY OFF. His friendly diligence is much appreciated. More

I had a great experience there. Bob nemri was a lot of help and he asked me exactly what I wanted and he looked it up and showed me! The first truck I picked out was just too expensive for me and he was h help and he asked me exactly what I wanted and he looked it up and showed me! Once we figured out that it was too expensive he showed me another and I fell in love with it. And also bob little was awesome! Had searched on the internet for the Mustang I wanted and inquired at 5Star and met Chad over the phone. Deal was exactly the right car and price. Chad picked us up on a Sat. on his way to work as we were fr inquired at 5Star and met Chad over the phone. Deal was exactly the right car and price. Chad picked us up on a Sat. on his way to work as we were from out of town and the new car was our transportation back to our home. The entire experience was pleasant and very efficient . My car and the paperwork were ready in minutes. The remainder of the time was spent on showing the car and features. Chad made the experience enjoyable and the dealership was an extra bonus as it was the largest we have ever dealt with, neat in appearance and several other employees greeted and spoke with us during the short wait definitely giving the feeling of friendliness and good customer service. Our only regret is that we will not have the experience of their service department because of living out of state. I am certain it has a good team as well. More
