The high level of customer service from Justin over the past year is the reason we chose Five Star Ford to purchase our new Ford Edge. Our first contact with Five Star Ford was a year ago and although it was an extremely stressful time with my husband being treat for cancer the experience with Diron and the NRH Five Star Ford family could although it was an extremely stressful time with my husband being treat for cancer the experience with Diron and the NRH Five Star Ford family could not have been easier or turned out more satisfactorily. At that time we contracted for the lease of a 2012 Ford Edge which is a phenomenal ride. This year while the car was in Service for regular scheduled maintenance I went to talk to Diron about the possibility of purchasing the lease because my husband had passed away and I needed to make some changes. After the initial conversation where I found out the lease was too expensive to purchase we talked about alternatives and Diron and the Five Star Ford team went to work looking at the deals they had on 2013 cars from their lot. I sat and relaxed while they worked feverishly on a great deal. Bottomline is that at the end of the waiting they had worked out a deal on a 2013 Ford Edge (exactly like the lease car but a year newer) that I could afford. I appreciate them and the integrity they show so much that there is no doubt where I will come the next time I need to talk about changing my transportation. More
Alfred was amazing in helping me pick out the perfect truck to buy. I came in with a budget and he did everything possible to show me the options I had for my budget. i would first like to say Aaron Dias made the car buying purchase as simplified as possible and I have never had the experience of walking into a dealership to purchase and and walking out with a brand new purchase as simplified as possible and I have never had the experience of walking into a dealership to purchase and and walking out with a brand new vehicle in as little as 3 hours He is the BEST......Totally AWESOME he is. I love the way I was greeted at the front door with respect and dignity and my needs were met by five star ford. I would never from this point purchase another vehicle or send my family members anywhere but to five star ford and Aaron Dias as my salesman......I can't express enough the over whelming JOY I have for this dealership and Aaron......I would encourage anyone in the market to purchase or lease that FIVE STAR FORD/AARON DIAS is the only way to go. I went to the dealership just to look,I didn't think I would be able to afford another truck. Randall was very helpful in helping me find a truck that would fit my budget. My girlfriend had been in a car-wreck which totaled her car. My parents, and myself had been long-time customers of Five Star, as well as Alfred so we recommended she buy from y'all. She and my parents both bought an Edge, while I test drove a new Mustang GT. Alfred and I talked numbers, but I needed some additional time to see what was within my price range. Alfred and I stayed in contact, and then I came back up to the dealership to talk again the following weekend. Alfred helped me get more on my trade in (08 F-150) and met the price of similar vehicles at other dealers, so we were able to make a deal. Where do I even start with this joke of a dealership. Be very cautious if you try to do business with them. I am completely disgusted by the level of service Eddie Laguana gives at this dealership. My father has done business with Sam Packs in North Richland Hills in the past but times have changed. They are no longer friendly like before. They are the exact opposite, very pushy, rude, and worst of all LIARS. My father went in a couple of days ago to purchase a preowned vehicle from Mr. Laguana. They settled on a price which was extremely high for that vehicle and only gave a measly $1,000 for a trade in truck 1998 ford ranger. This guy completely took advantage of my father in every way possible. The deal was made and done and I came to find out my dad purchased this vehicle the following morning. After looking at the numbers something didn't make sense. I called Mr. Laguana to explain my concerns in a very appropriate manner and was even courteous to this nitwit. I could tell he was mad because of the tone of his voice but I just let it slide. We agreed to meet at the dealership the next day again so we drove the preowned car to supposedly sign some other documents. We show up wait for what seemed an eternity for Mr. Laguana to show up until he finally did. They weren't even busy and this was most likely on purpose. So we proceed to walk to his little cubicle in the corner in which he makes a remark of how courteous I was on the phone. I am wondering to myself ok is he being sarcastic or belittling me. This guy sits down and out of nowhere he tells me I am not nice. I am just in AWE. I have not done anything to this guy besides explain my concern in a nice appropriate way over the phone and he decides to further add insults. Now all of the sudden he can't take the trade in and doesn't want to complete the deal and give us the rest of the documents to be on our way. He SOLD my father this car and then TOOK IT BACK! DOCUMENTS SIGNED EVERYTHING WAS A DONE DEAL! He asked me if I was an attorney? No fool I am not an attorney I am just an informed buyer not just some car buyer that you can rip off just how you have done with many. Laguana has been there 7+ years and you would expect this guy would be exceptional to last here but I don't see how he is even on their payroll. At this point I was very angry at being ridiculed with my father so I told him I wanted to speak with the manager. He then says that he is the manager! This guy is no manager so i get more frustrated and tell him again I want to speak with the store manager. Guy gets up and takes his sweet time at the back again and walks us into the office of the finance guy. Now we are at the finance office and I explain my dissatisfaction with Mr. Laguana. This guy did not care at all and says that it is not his fault. I then told him that of course it is his fault he underwrites all of the loans and should know what kind of scheme Mr. Laguana was pulling. I asked for a copy of the documents that were signed but he refused. I got a name out of him to file a complaint with the store manager in which I will make sure to do so as well with the FTC and BBB. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND BUSINESS PRACTICE. More
