After working with Mel a few months before our purchase I eventually decided not to buy at that time. Finally ready to make it happen I contacted Mel with a deal I had from another dealership whos customer s eventually decided not to buy at that time. After Emailing Mel to see if they had a similar truck he sent me back an email with multiple options and worked with me through email to get every option I was looking for. My wife absolutely hates buying cars and since I was trading in her car I had to bring her along. Mel not only took that hint but handled absolutely everything for us without us needing to be at the dealership. His honesty, hard work and willingness to go the extra mile really won us over. On the day we decided to purchase the truck we made it very clear we only had around an hour and a half before we had to be somewhere. The dealership fast tracked us through all the paper work and essenital meetings in order to get us out on time. Not only did they get us out on time they got us out ahead of schedule. Now it may sounds too good to be true, but even my wife said she was WOWED by there customer service and attention to detail. We will definately think about this dealership the next time we are looking to purchase a new car. More

My wife was in the market for a new car, and chose a 2013 Ford Fusion. I was there for the sales process, and salesman John Little made this such a pleasant, easy experience. He made my wife feel like she was the single most important sale he had ever made. Tony Snyder, who was our finance manager, added to the experience. He worked with his computer screen facing us-no secrets, and spent a solid 20 minutes looking through the many finance options available to find us the best interest rate. We have very good credit, yet he found a rate which was way better than what we expected, At least twice during the process, he would check his computer and actually found us a better rate than when he started the session, That is truly looking out for the customer's interest! This was a such a great experience, and I was nearing the point that I wanted to trade in my truck, so I decided-based on my wife's experience-to explore trading in a little early. The "luck of the draw" again teamed me with John Little and Tony Snyder, and the experience was actually even better than my wife's. Same pleasant experience, smooth process and being treated like family. No pressure or hassle. I also felt like the only person that Five Star Ford was interested in, although many people were there. They made this an easy decision, and after having an identical experience with Tony at finance, I drove home in a new 2013 F-150. My experience with 5 star Ford started over the internet, then over the phone, ending with two personal visits with Mr. Clanton. When I decided to purchase a new pickup I called and one was available, drivi then over the phone, ending with two personal visits with Mr. Clanton. When I decided to purchase a new pickup I called and one was available, driving to Ft. Worth it was ready and waiting for me. With a test drive and further visit with Mr. Clanton I was directed to talk with the finance manager. This was a pleasure from my part, a short time later I signed all the paper work and was leaving for the trip back home. During the three visits to this dealership I was treated in a very friendly and respectful manner. At no time was high pressure sales tactics or overbearing manner used. He answered all our questions, made everything so easy for us. We already have a 2008 Escape and really love all the new things that are on the 2014 Escape. Mr. El Darazi had such patience showing us how it all worked, then made sure we knew about the training class so that we can get the most from our new Escape.
