We had been discussing purchase of a new Ford with family members for some time. My brother-in-law recommended we visit the Five Star Ford store in North Richland Hills - where he had recently purchased a n members for some time. I had already resigned myself to a long, drawn-out process typical of my past car purchases... Start to finish, Hector in sales and Mike in finance made this the best car buying experience I've had. We met Hector on a Thursday evening just to look at new cars. I was impressed with his product knowledge as he explained the differences between the Explorers we were interested in. I was amazed at his knowledge of the huge inventory on the lot. He was able to find exactly what we wanted. After a short test drive, we were sold! Hector is by far the most consumate professional sales associate I have ever done business with. We met Mike later that evening to sign the papers. We came to the dealership with a pre-conceived notion that we would obtain our own financing. Mike searched several lenders and found us a better deal. Mike had all the facts at his fingertips. I spoke with Mel on and off for over a year discussing Ford trucks and during this time, he was always patient, answered all my questions and most importantly, never made me feel any pressure into purchasing. When the time was finally right to buy, it was the same experience throughout the negotiations and purchase. He was willing to work out a great deal with me at a price I could afford on a vehicle that fit my needs. The same could be said about Tony Synder in finance. Again, no pressure, no "hidden fees or charges" and I sincerely appreciated his honestly and helpful advice during the final, often most tedious part of the transaction. A great sales and finance combination that I hope carries over to any future service work with the dealer. I would definitely recommend 5 Star Ford if considering a new vehicle and appreciate Mel and Tony's work in making my experience as enjoyable as possible! More
