We came in knowing we had a great short bed Ford pickup. We needed a long bed pick up and Rick Dike showed us several options to choose from. After spending the previous 2 evenings trying to purchase a car from the competition, over 12 hors of time wasted, we decided to go back to 5 star and visit Justin. This is our second vehicle purchased here and I am thoroughly convinced I will never buy anywhere else again. Upon arrival we were greeted by several happy employees, I told them I was looking for Justin, I was reassured he would be right with us. We began to walk around the property, and when I turned around Justin was right there to help us out. It had been nearly 2yrs 3mths since our previous purchase but he recognized us, and even remembered us by name! From there it only got better, a busy Saturday at a car dealership isn't something that I normally look forward to, but I would go back everyday to five star as I was treated with the greatest respect and appreciation, not feeling like another deal, but a friend of the family. Justin asked what we were looking for and immediately pointed us in the right direction, our new car. He listened to us, no pressure, just empathy for our needs and situation, he quickly got the keys told us to check it out and sent us on our way. We returned a couple of hours later after our test drive, loved the car and Justin and the finance team had our deal put together in no time, and I forgot to mention for much less then I thought we would be spending, including the additional warranty! Lee Clanton, what can I say about this man? He is absolutely amazing. From the first time I spoke with him, I knew he was the salesman I had been looking for. My vehicle had been totaled about 3 week absolutely amazing. From the first time I spoke with him, I knew he was the salesman I had been looking for. My vehicle had been totaled about 3 weeks prior to speaking with Lee. In those 3 weeks I met the "used car salesman" more times than I want to remember. We were test driving a car and my husband found the original window sticker. The sale price on this USED car was higher than the sticker price when it was NEW!!! We found this kind of attitude over and over, locally, and over the phone or internet. Then I found Lee. The first time we spoke, he asked me what I was looking for. To my surprise he LISTENED to me. He did tell me what I was looking for was like trying to find a needle in a haystack... He was correct. Lee went ABOVE AND BEYOND and found MY car:):):) It took awhile and two trips to Dallas for us,but I would do it the same way again! Every time I walk outside and see my car, I smile and think to myself "I love my car, she is soooo cute" I was ready to settle until I met Lee.
