We highly recommend seeing Carlos Perez if you are in the market for a new or used car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, all about customer service without being pushy. As we got out of our car he stayed at a slight distance (not bombarding us at all) and after asked what we were interested in if he could tag along with us or if we prefer to be left alone for a bit. THAT thoughtfulness was so atypical of previous experiences that we were sold on him. We have used the same salesman for 9 cars since 2002 but he retired this past year so we had to start from scratch. I am pleased to say that Carlos is our next Ozzie.
