My sale took three visits and a lot of time from both salespersons. I took no less than 6 test drives and was very demanding. She was quick to get in and out of each vehicle and for any question she couldn't answer she quickly got help with. She even gave me her personal cell phone number that allowed me to text any questions and she was always prepared for my arrival. Her knowledge of the cars features made the delivery quick and clean. Plus she was still friendly with a smile even though I must have driven her crazy. Alfred was instrumental in working numbers until we reached a deal. We purchased our car during the week just before Christmas, at the height of our business getting ready for the holidays. Sam was continuously patient with us as we came and went during all of the holiday chaos. The car was spotless when we picked it up, and Sam was really helpful as he worked with us to sync our phones to the bluetooth system in the car.
