This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Diron and he has always been exceptional in service and willing to help us in anyway we need. He is very aware of our needs and works to get us what we are and he has always been exceptional in service and willing to help us in anyway we need. He is very aware of our needs and works to get us what we are after in a vehicle. We will come back to Diron again, and recommend him to others. However, I did need some warranty work done on my Flex with a week of purchase. While Diron was more than willing to help me arrange service, the person I dealt with behind the counter at the service desk was not very helpful. Angela (I believe was her name) did not understand what we were trying to express with the work that needed to be done on the vehicle, and was very vague in helping to keep us informed as to when the work would be completed. I understand that the work to be done is indicated based on the availability of a service tech in the back, but at the same time a simple ballpark of time expected instead of "don't know, we'll call you" would have been appreciated. More

This was my first Ford purchase and I have to say that the entire experience at Five Star Ford of North Richland Hills was far better than expected. I had to order a vehicle since the group of options I the entire experience at Five Star Ford of North Richland Hills was far better than expected. I had to order a vehicle since the group of options I was looking for were nowhere to be found on any vehicle in the immediate vicinity. Sherri Goodwin set up the order, and Aaron Dias insured that my slightly less than desirable credit was still satisfactory enough to obtain Ford financing. Special vehicle orders do take longer than a months time, however, Sherri kept me in the loop informing me when the vehicle was built, and where it was in transit. Once the vehicle arrived, I expected a last minute problem with financing through Ford. However, to my surprise, Daniel Flores was able to finance my vehicle at a better rate than previously thought, and with affordable extended warranty for confidence of craftsmanship down the road.
