The overall experience was great and I believe that it is partially due to the fact that I was an American Airlines Credit Union member and an X plan participant which made the no haggle experience good. I was a little put off at first with initial impression of mel. He was very nice but I don't think he taking me serious or felt like he knew a lot about the. I was looking at. Tony was great!! The finance department on the other hand sold me an overpriced warranty, a bad high intereast rate and a term longer than I requested. My experience with 5 Star was incredible. I set an appointment with Rick for a Saturday morning, and when I arrived he had already pulled the truck I was leaning toward off the lot. In fact, he had it brought in from another dealer for my appointment so I could drive exactly what I was looking for. The numbers were all straightforward and he made it easy to take the deal. Bob in finance was just as good, making sure I knew what I was getting and what I was paying. I walked in with an old truck, and walked out 3 hours later with a brand new F-150 that had everything I was looking for. Rick and the team at 5 Star really did make the process painless and enjoyable. Thanks guys! More
Five Star Ford was a delight to work for. More specifically Marie Chase and Sam in after market. These are the only two people that I dealt with. I had no other communications outside of Marie and Sam. However, both Marie and Sam were a pleasure dealing with. The response time in gettting back to me was super fast! I shopped around at several different Ford dealerships for the specific truck that I was looking for. Marie was able to beat every price and stood behind every word that she said to me when giving a price. I absolutely 100% pleased and satisfied with Marie and Sam's proffesionalism and courtesy! More
Consider getting a free inspection from a second Ford dealer before you buy a used vehicle. I purchased a 2007 F250. It had some tire wear that indicated the need of a front end alignment, but it dro dealer before you buy a used vehicle. I purchased a 2007 F250. It had some tire wear that indicated the need of a front end alignment, but it drove alright. During the sale, I asked the sale rep. if an alignment was done. He said he would check, but never did. The day after I got home to Oklahoma City, the check engine light came on. I took it to a local Ford dealer to have it aligned and to see about the check engine light. With a free inspection, they found serous problems. The ball joints and steering box were too worn to align the front end. All the break pads were in the red with one broken caliper. Number seven ignition coils had failed and number five ignition coil was intermittent. On top of that, the error code had been cleared multiple times. It cost me $3,000 to make this truck safe to drive. That is not too bad, but I would have preferred to known about the problems it had before I made the purchase. After the sale, I asked my sales rep. what happened and he said all sales are “as is” with not warranty or guaranty. Overall, they were nice enough and prompt with the paperwork. I think you simply need to follow the well known “buyer beware” advice when buying a used vehicle. More

The vehicle was the right color and had most of the featured I wanted. So I bought it. Chad was fair in negotiations, I feel I received a far deal, although you always wish you could pay less. More
