My family and I arrived at Five Star to look at the new 2012 Ford Focus. Joe approached and introduced himself to us. We went over the car and found a hatchback which I was interested in. Joe was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He made sure we were comfortable while there as well as comfortable with our purchase. After playing with numbers we were able to come to an agreement on the sale. It was the first time I had ever been to Five Star. It was a great experience and I would do business there again.
