I have purchased 2 Mustangs from 5 Star Ford. Both purchases were low pressure and extremely enjoyable. I traded my 2010 GT Convertible and got was what I think was a fare price. From the beginning Marisa was very helpful and very willing to do whatever it took to not only earn our business. We had a few occasions that we had to cancel our appointment with her and she took it willing to do whatever it took to not only earn our business. I have been looking at the Ford Escape on the internet. I had gone to several dealerships (on the web) trying to find the best price. Five star got below everyone that I had checked out and they got back I had gone to several dealerships (on the web) trying to find the best price. Five star got below everyone that I had checked out and they got back to us and called us not too long after I had ask for information. We live in Comanche, Tx. There are several dealerships within 50 miles but none were as nice to talk to or as helpful. We have been driving Fords since the '60s we still have our 1979 pickup and use it on the farm. I planned on getting a Mustang when I went to Five Star the only decision was which one. When I got there ... the one that I thought I wanted (Features-wise) was not on the lot (but it could be ordered or the only decision was which one. As it turns out after driving several vehicles and with Marisa's patience ... I actually ended up getting a Mustang that was on the lot and it turned out to be the perfect fit for me (and my wife loves it, also) ... but she'll just have to keep driving her Acura. Based on my experience with the Sales staff and Finance Dept ... I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Before my visit to Five Star Ford i made an appointment with Rick Dike to test drive a 2011 mustang GT. While i was on the test drive Rick had my currect vehicle appraised and by the time i had returned from the test drive he had a perfect offer for my situation. I had told them to not wash the car seeing as it was coming a down pour outside and they had it detailed anyway :). Purchased our second new car from them last year. First purchase from them was "seamless" - but the second was not. An attempt was made to take our trade for thousands less than it was worth (they put it purchase from them was "seamless" - but the second was not. An attempt was made to take our trade for thousands less than it was worth (they put it on their lot for a higher price than an identical car with less mileage) The first service my wife was told the car (Mustang) needed special oil for a total cost of $160! When I contacted the firm and asked for the GM I was told he was not available. The contact came from the service person that sold the expensive service, and he blamed the issue on my wife. We have since moved our business to Grapevine Ford with good results. We will buy another Ford when the 2012's come out - but will not do any further business with 5 Star! More

This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from Five Star Ford, and the second from Mr. Compton, both times I have felt that they truely cared about giving me what I really wanted, at a price I was real Star Ford, and the second from Mr. Compton, both times I have felt that they truely cared about giving me what I really wanted, at a price I was really comfortable with. I have been a die hard fan of Chrysler products until now, with this new F150 compared to my Dodge ram I will be back to Five Star and Mr. Compton again when I'm ready to replce my other car. I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star to anyone looking for a new Vehicle, and definetly recommend Mr. Compton. Just a short note to say our last names being the same is purely coincidental.
