This is a very friendly place. Our experience here was very positive. Everyone was nor only friendly but also very helpful. Rick Dike was like an expert but not pushy or obnoxious like you see in a lot of expert sales people. He took care of my wife and I like we were close family members. Anthony Snyder was extremly friendly and once again his expertise in handling the financing was very easy and non-stressful. Lee Clanton was very helpful in trying to get our new vehicle registered on-line to get it 'in sync'. But, the web site was experincing some problems. So, Lee is going to take some of his personal time and come over to my house to set us up. Wow. Is there any other places where that would happen? Two days later we received a survey call from a young lady who was very friendly and respectful. Overall our experience with was very good. I did a lot of my numbers with Rick through the phone so when I went in everything was ready to go and we had no "changes" in the numbers that I was originally quoted over the phone. Being able to do it over the phone really saved ALOT of time for us being that we have a 2 year old that would of been running the showroom floor if we wouldn’t of been able to do a lot of it over the phone. The finance guy Anthony was also a joy to work with. We have never purchased a car with Five Star Ford but from the experience we encounter we will never buy a car without you and your team. The finance guy was very informative and made sure i understood everything before I signed on any dotted line. There was the finance director MM Ross that also helped make this deal happen and he was like lightening. He was on the phone, keying numbers and gave me the answers I wanted and needed. I never ONCE felt like I wasn’t been kept in the loop on the whole process. Where most car dealers have you sit in a room and they are all holed up in a office talking about you and the numbers. I was in all three of the individuals offices while the process was happening. With all of that said again I would like to commend all three of your team members that i got the pleasure to work with. I wanted to go home and sleep on it but on the drive back home I decided that I wanted THAT Fusion that I had driven. I called Reid when I got home and told him I had decided I wanted to buy the Fusion we had driven. Here’s great service for you: even though the next day was Reid’s day off, when I called him back after I got home, he made arrangements to have the windows tinted and for me to meet him the next day, his day off, at 3 and we’d close the deal which we did and I drove home in my new 2010 Ford Fusion SEL! Reid also took the time to pair my cell phone with the Fusion's Sync System for me as well as cover some additional hands-on familiarization with other options.
