I had purchased my F150 from Five Star about a year ago, and had some questions on the extended warranty I bought at the same time. Joshua not only answered all my questions but also sent me some follow up and had some questions on the extended warranty I bought at the same time. Joshua not only answered all my questions but also sent me some follow up documentation with additional information. This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with in 45 years of car buying. I certainly appreciate how ever person I interact with goes above and beyond to help. More

Lee in sales has always gone the extra mile to help me in my for purchases. Would follow him anywhere. I gave the dealer 4 stars just because the service department is too busy for their own food.
